And Now, For A Musical Space Exploration Update

It seems NASA has a flying camera called Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) flying around the Red Planet. One of the things they hope the flying camera can do is to find their Mars Polar Lander and the Brits' Beagle 2 craft that are up there somewhere. It was the $125,000,000 Lander that got lost in 1999 because nobody taught it the metric system.

Parrotheads would likely prefer that NASA search for Mars Observer. That would be the one that inspired Jimmy to sing looks like that silly rocket ship has lost its cone-shaped head back in 1992. Some things never change. You can still hear universal laughter ringing out among the stars.

Personally, I would rather MRO look for Osama Bin Laden. Or maybe my missing TV remote.
