Good News, Bad News
Today is one of those good news/bad news days, y'know what I mean? The good news is that there is finally a balance of power in the federal government, with the serious ass-whipping the Democrats just dealt to the Republicans. The bad news is that only time will tell if the fools we just put in office are any better than the fools we just kicked out.
The bad news is that some drain-bamaged asswipes working at a Burger King in New Mexico laced a couple of law enforcement officers' burgers with weed before serving them up. The good news is that there are worse things that drain-bamaged asswipes can put on your food in a burger joint.
The good news is that the Suns have picked up Jalen Rose to maybe jump-start the franchise. The bad news is they still suck at the moment. But then, so do the other three major sports franchises in our fair city. In current or most-recent seasons of competition, out illustrious teams are a combined 82-106. That's a lofty winning percentage of .436 across the board. Take away the DBacks, which at this point in the year are sadly the least shitty team in The Valley Of The Sun, and our record drops to .300.
The good news is, I'm walking upright and my family is healthy. Considering that factoid, I don't really give a flying dog turd about the bad news!
