Hand written in shoe polish on the windows of a truck in Phoenix:
Oklahoma To Seattle!
2225 miles!
38 Hours Non-Stop!
Unremarkable, except that the truck was seriously wrecked and had just been towed into a salvage yard.
Hell, one-third of the way ain't half bad, I suppose. Probably should have slept. In a bed, not behind the wheel. And how the hell did you end up in Phoenix? Dumbass.
