Hard To Believe, Harder To Accept
You know how it is when something awful, I mean really, really life-altering bad happens either to you or someone close to you, or even someone you simply know and admire greatly? The kind of thing that makes it hard to get to sleep at night, and the kind of thing that when you wake up in the morning, for just a moment, it feels like a pretty good morning, but then the remembrance of what has happened floods back into your head? You might then question for just another moment in your own mind whether this tragedy is real or is just some horrible nightmare you dreamed in the night.
But it wasn't.
All the humor and good feelings seem to have been sucked right out of the world today. The Crime Dog Clan's thoughts and prayers, and all of the positive energies we can muster, are pointed toward Hermosillo, Mexico this morning.
Sail on, Adela. Godspeed to both the spiritual and physical recovery of the Mulligan family.
