A New Christmas Story
So there we were, unwrapping Christmas presents, when five-year-old Ladybug picked up one of her Dad's gifts, thinking it was her own. She diligently unwrapped it and was thrilled to find.....
A Dallas Cowboys beer bottle cozy.
The room stood still for a moment as she sat there with a puzzled look on her face, holding the beer cozy dangling by its zipper. In a hushed tone, as though speaking to herself, she says:
But I don't even drink beer........
The room fell apart in laughter, and we had another of those stories we'll tell every Christmas till our last. Hope everyone had an equally joyous holiday!
