Proof That A PhD Does Not Make One Smart. Or Honest.
In some cases, it simply means "piled higher and deeper."
I only have a BS, which is pretty much worth what the initials imply, but I'm smart enough to know this egghead asswipe knows what he is spouting up at the University of Wisconsin is utter flapdoodle.
There's often a lot more cash-ola and/or infamy in controversy than there is in truth. This doofus is yammering bullshit in an effort to obtain one or the other.
Nice way to spend your citizens' tax dollars, UW. No wonder you are the drunkest campus in the drunkest state in the union. An idiot like this on the public payroll is enough to drive anyone to drink.
