The new Texas Stadium in Arlington. Home of the Dallas Cowboys.
It's costing over $1,000,000,000 (that's "billion") to construct. It has a capacity of up to 103,000. It won't even be ready until Fall 2009. Seat licensing rights run from a low of $16,000 on up to $150,000.
And there's a waiting list. A waiting list that people are coughing up an unrefundable $100 per seat just for the opportunity to get on!
I'll never complain about the price of Buffett concert tickets again. Wait....yes, I will.
