Man, You Guys Are Good......
I knew Parrothead Power could span the continent from Boston (Cuz) and Atlanta (Pab) to Texas (El Capitan) and the northwest (EMS Haiku), but I had no idea it was this powerful!
Last night as I was leaving their house, Janners remarked that she knew this surgery today would go well, because she could feel the positive energy flow. That was you pholks, see? You were all moving that energy in their direction.
Go well? Hell, it was better than that.
The surgery was projected to go 2-3 hours, perhaps more. The surgeon was finished, closed, cleaned up, and looking for us in just under 1 1/2 hours. It went so well that he said that if they could manage the pain (Turns out it actually hurts to have an organ removed), Wayners could go home as early as Sunday. Now how's that for a best case scenario?
So, to all of those who sent their wishes, thoughts, prayers, emails, blog comments, and whatever other form of positive energy you chose to use, a big Parrothead
