Guest Blogger!

Well, Cultural Infidel dropped in yesterday and figgered out where the Crime Dog was hding. Told you it was too easy! Technically, he still has not won. Sure, he named the place. But he never named the tune.

We have a guest Blogger today with a few things to say about the Valley of the Sun and our Parrothead Phriends. Take it away, Wayners!

It’s been a little crazy around here since our return from the Valley of the Sun. That would be the “we need to find a house” trip. You know, “we” as in Janners telling me to “hang out with your brother, play a little golf, stay out of trouble, don’t get in the way and I’ll let you know where you’re gonna live.” As it turns out “we” played a couple of rounds of golf, went to the dog races, took in a play, visited with the family, ate some good food, and somewhere in all that “we” managed to find a house. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. But the great thing is we walked away (actually we flew away) with a bit more. We learned a few things that we should have known but didn’t. They are, in no particular order:

Arizona Parrotheads give drinking a good name.

A greyhound isn’t faster if it takes a dump before it races.

Ice belongs in drinks, not on overpasses and bridges.

Crime Dog and TFMCD have some really cool friends.

You don’t have to wear long-johns and a parka to play golf in February.

I NEED a big screen high definition TV.

High praise indeed! And the best is yet to come: Next week, Wayners and Janners will become the newest residents of our esteemed Valley (down yonder in Ocotillo), as well as the newest members of the AZ Parrothead Club.

And they're already rigistered for Phins!
