Yeah, and John Denver Is Still Dead
In the world of headlines about which I give not a shit, this one ranks supreme:
Streisand Cancels LA Times Subscription
So what? She also probably flushed her toilet at some point today. Do we have on scene coverage for that? Personally, I wish Streisand and every other brain dead celebrity in Hollywood would just STFU and sing, or dance, or act, or whatever in the hell it is the rest of us pay them to do.
Now that I've antagonized liberals, allow me to piss off a few conservatives as well:
Governor Schwarzanegger, if you really want to shed the image of Terminators and Conan the Barbarians, then do the right thing and grant clemency to that repugnant, offensive, reprehensive asshole, Stanley "Tookie" Williams. No, he doesn't deserve it any more than the last repugnant, offensive, reprehensive asshole you allowed to be hooked up the ol' "IV of Death". Yes, he refused to act as an informant, making his so-called redemption while in the hole at Quentin fall way short. No, he's never expressed remorse for his crimes.
But the death penalty is just sick, twisted, and wrong. So stop it already, will ya?
See? The Crime Dog is an Equal Opportunity Antagonizer.
