Lawyerly Reading
You know how, on the binders of encyclopedias, they put the topics covered in that particular book? Like this:
Aardvark to axe-murderer
Well, yesterday, I was down at this attorney's office, waiting to question a guy whose case I am investigating, when I wandered over to the bookshelves and saw an assload of books all entitled Corpus Juris Secundum, which is probably Latin for "Impressive Looking but Unread Book." They were organized alphabetically, so I picked out my two favorites while I was waiting:
Religion to Robbery
Mayhem to Mental Health
You just can't make up shit like that.
