She Might Look Innocent, But.......
This was just prior to the evacuation of my office.
We knew Scully wasn't 100% when we left for Phins, but we had no idea she was going to become really ill, eating very little and throwing up whatever she did eat. Grammy and Lil' Bit had to take her to the vet Friday. The doc put her on an anti-emetic and an anti-biotic, and she seems pretty much fine right now, but for one small thing:
She has the worst case of the serial dog farts imaginable.
I'm not kidding here. These are the worst silent-but-deadly, eye watering, paint peeling, room clearing, My God, dog, did you just shit on the floor? variety of dog farts I've had the displeasure to encounter. I don't know if it's the hangover from her illness, the medication, or the rice and canned dog food we've been giving her, but I had to banish her from my office today, and light candles all over the house to clear the stench.
For those of you who knew she was sick, and that we were worried about her, you'll be happy to know she seems much better now. We just have to watch the open flames or other ignition sources when she's in the area.
