Got an email form the Headbeak himself today, laying out the rules for a "Phlip-Phlop Decorating Contest" at the upcoming Phins To The West bash in Laughlin. You know you have some wacky folks entering the contest when you have to establish Rule #5:

Rules
1. flip flop, the thong style or single strap over the foot NO sandals, crocs, etc
2. Judging will be for the flip flop only
3. Flip flop must be worn on feet for judging
4. Decorations must be attached to the flip flop only
5. the use of live animals is not allowed
