A Parrothead Exercise Regime
TFMCD and I recently followed the example of our good friends Lushes and Precious, and got ourselves some good bicycles. We ride them pretty much every day and have a great time with them, but it's already time for a change. With the model you see here, we can not only get in our leg work, but some twelve-ounce curls at the same time.
